Pivot survey instruments are based on best-practice research and are aligned to global teaching frameworks such as the AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, the Danielson Framework, and the International Baccalaureate. Surveys are designed to be delivered in cycles throughout the school year, providing teachers and leaders with evidence-based, timely insight into students' learning experience at regular intervals.

Based on best-practice research, the survey measures student wellbeing factors influencing student’s readiness and ability to learn while they are at school. Pivot’s Wellbeing for Learning survey is aligned with many international frameworks, including the Australian Student Wellbeing Framework, NEST and the PISA Wellbeing Framework. and the 1 min weekly check-ins are designed for students at three levels (foundation or lower primary, upper primary, secondary).
We’ve built in an integrated student support mechanism that allows students to let their teacher know when they need support, and provides teachers and leaders with access to immediate data insights and evidence-based resources for next-day action.
