How do I sign my school up with Pivot?

How do I change the number of students/ teachers in our program?
You will be able to change the details on your quote prior to acceptance or simply reach out via help@pivotpl.com
When will I need to pay by?
Your invoice will be issued once your licence numbers are confirmed and payment is requested before surveying begins.

How long is my subscription for?
The school calendar year in 2025. Ending 31 December for Australian and New Zealand schools, and 30 June for other International schools.
How many cycles/check-ins does this include?
That's up to you! We recommend between 2-3 cycles for our Student Survey on Teaching and 4 cycles (5 weeks each cycle) for Wellbeing for Learning.
Do I need a subscription for our wellbeing team, or for the leadership team to access school level reporting?

The Wellbeing for Learning program is priced by the number of students only. You can include as many teachers and support staff as you need to run this program within your school.

The Student Survey on Teaching is priced by the number of unique surveying teachers participating. This refers to the number of teachers who will be surveying their classes. You can include as many non-surveying leadership team members as you need to run this program within your school, we do not charge for them.
How can I add an additional product to my quote? I currently use the Student Survey but want to add Wellbeing (or vice versa).
