Build a wellbeing and engagement program to see every student clearly.
Three practical sessions for school leaders to build a clear, actionable framework to help you identify which students need support, understand what’s driving disengagement, and take action early.

A three part series to see every student clearly and act early.
As you build, shape, run or improve your wellbeing and engagement program, the biggest challenge we hear is the same: how to see every student clearly, and act early enough to make a meaningful difference.
This three-part series shows you how.
We start with what to get right before you build anything, move into what the data tells us about the students you expect to see and the ones you might not have considered, and close with how to shape a program that holds for every student in your school — adaptable, useful, and made for today's diversity and rate of change.
Session 1
The Visibility Gap
Tuesday 19th May | 3:30PM AEST
Session 2
Hidden Students
(with Zeke Hodgetts - School Psychologist)
Tuesday 2nd June | 3:30PM AEST
This session explores who you might be missing and what the data is pointing to - so you can ensure all students are included as you shape your future programs. Adam takes you through five years of Pivot data on patterns across gender, year level and context. Zeke Hodgetts interprets the lived experience behind those patterns - three short archetypes you can recognise in your own cohort - and the protective factors the data and the literature both keep pointing to.

You will leave with:
-
A clear sense of which students are most often hidden in Australian schools, and why
-
Three student archetypes to bring into your next wellbeing or pastoral leadership meeting
-
A short Hidden Students Reference covering the protective factors most worth acting on
Session 3
Building Forward
Tuesday 16th June | 3:30PM AEST
The final session answers the question every leader is holding at this point: how do you actually build the program - one that closes the visibility gap, sees every student clearly, and acts at the right time so each student can be known, cared for, challenged and supported? Three school leaders from various sectors share how they have shaped wellbeing and engagement programs that hold for every student. The session closes with a one-page Closing-the-Gap Roadmap and a Readiness Audit you can take back to your senior leadership team on Monday morning.
You will leave with:
-
A one-page Closing-the-Gap Roadmap covering the rhythm, the roles and the signals a program needs in place
-
A Readiness Audit Tool — short enough to run with your SLT in under an hour
-
A clear next step if you want to go deeper, including how Pivot can support — without the session becoming a pitch

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQs

Every registrant leaves with a practical pack designed for senior leadership team conversations.
Do I need to be a Pivot school to attend?
No. The series is open to all Australian school and system leaders, and the content stands on its own.
Will I receive recordings?
Yes. All registrants receive the recording, the slide deck and the post-session resources, whether or not they attend live.
Can I register for a single session?
Yes. Sessions are designed to build on each other, but each one delivers value on its own.
Is this another wellbeing program?
No. This series is about how to build, shape and improve the wellbeing and engagement program your school already runs — and close the student visibility gap inside it — using the data and instruments you already have.
